MOE-Listed MBBS Universities in China

This page separates the latest annual English-medium MBBS list
currently available on the Chinese Ministry of Education public
index from admission and regulatory checks Pakistani students
should make for the 2026–27 admission cycle.

Important:
The official list reproduced below is the Chinese Ministry of
Education’s 2023–2024 English-taught undergraduate
clinical medicine list. It should not be presented as a newly issued
2026–27 MOE list. Admission availability, fees and Pakistani
regulatory requirements must be checked separately before payment.

Official MOE English-Medium MBBS Status

The Ministry of Education notice for the 2023–2024 academic year
authorized 44 universities to recruit international
students for undergraduate clinical medicine taught in English, with
a combined annual recruitment plan of 3,048 places.
The same notice states that institutions outside that annual list
may not recruit international students for English-taught
undergraduate clinical medicine or issue the corresponding English
MBBS degree under that notice.

published in the official 2023–2024 MOE attachment. They are
historical official plan figures, not guaranteed

What Pakistani Students Should Verify for 2026–27

MOE English-medium status and Pakistani regulatory eligibility
should be checked independently. Pakistani applicants should verify
the university and their own eligibility against the latest PM&DC
information before paying an admission, application or tuition fee.

Check PM&DC’s current foreign undergraduate information.
Use the official PM&DC Foreign Undergraduate Colleges section rather
than relying only on an agent, university advertisement or an old list.
Read the latest PM&DC public notices and foreign-admission
guidance. Requirements affecting Pakistani students can change
between admission cycles.
Confirm the university’s current English-medium intake.
An institution appearing in the official 2023–24 MOE attachment does
not by itself guarantee that a 2026–27 intake or seat is currently open.
Request the current written fee schedule.
Tuition, hostel, insurance and other charges can change, so old fee
tables should not be treated as current quotations.

Is this an official 2026–27 MOE university list?

No. The official annual English-medium clinical-medicine list
identified on the MOE public index during our 12 August 2026 check
is the 2023–2024 notice. This page labels that source year clearly
rather than changing the year of an older official list.

Does appearing on the MOE list automatically settle PM&DC eligibility?

Pakistani students should perform a separate PM&DC check.
Use PM&DC’s current foreign undergraduate information and public
notices before choosing a university or making a payment.

Why were the old world rankings and fee figures removed?

Those values can become outdated independently of the official
MOE list. Keeping them inside an official-list table can make
historical data look current. Current fee information is therefore
handled separately.

Does a 2023–24 MOE recruitment place guarantee admission in 2026–27?

No. The published figures belong to that official academic-year
plan. Current intake availability must be confirmed for the specific
university and admission cycle.
